SIBARIST RARITIES is a limited collection of specialty coffee filters delivering exceptional properties that go beyond the established. They enable deeper exploration of the unknown and provide truly unique results.

The RARITIES collection comes in the CONE format with two unique profiles:

• High Permeability - Extra Fast: enables faster flow and finer grinds, unlocking new, distinctive flavours and cup profiles.
• Slow: Increases flow resistance for a longer drawdown and outstanding cup cleanliness. Enhances flavour in light-roast profiles, redefines the extraction of highly fermented coffees, unlocks new coffee developments, and explores new recipes.

Each pack contains 30 filters.
