Overview

A beginner-friendly introduction to how water composition shapes coffee flavour.

Participants taste six coffees, each brewed with 4 different waters, clearly experiencing how minerals highlight attributes such as acidity, sweetness, clarity, and texture. We'll be brewing coffees roasted by Differente Coffee in Colombia, with guidance from founder Carlos Escobar. 

Designed to demystify water chemistry and provide a strong sensory foundation — no technical background required.
