Aga is a washed Ethiopian coffee from Yirgacheffe, produced by Habtamu Fekadu Aga with 220 partnering smallholders at 2,100–2,300m. With a 60-hour fermentation and careful drying, this coffee shines with clarity, florals, and refreshing acidity.
Expect elegant notes of bergamot, ripe peach, and juicy grapefruit, offering a vibrant, harmonious cup that is both sweet and delicately floral.
