This coffee from Solomo, Uraga, Guji, is crafted at the Uraga washing station by a collective of about 700 smallholder farmers. This lot features local landrace and JARC varieties, processed anaerobically to deliver syrupy sweetness and an intense burst of red fruit and tropical flavours.
