This coffee from Solomo, Uraga, Guji, is crafted at the Uraga washing station by a collective of about 700 smallholder farmers. This lot features local landrace and JARC varieties, processed anaerobically to deliver syrupy sweetness and an intense burst of red fruit and tropical flavours.
Expect lively notes of blackberry, strawberry, and tropical fruit, wrapped in a clean, balanced cup profile.
