Roasted light by People Possession, this coffee comes from the Holguín-Ramos family’s Inmaculada Fellow Farms in Colombia’s Valle del Cauca. Their farms span elevations from 1,700 to 2,000 metres, with different parcels bringing their own character to each harvest.

This lot features Papayo, an uncommon variety in Colombia that is still mostly found on farms focused on experimental and distinctive coffees. Drying the cherries whole allows the fruit sugars to develop around the seed, producing a thick, confectionery sweetness. The result is an unusually playful cup with creamy vanilla, bright raspberry, and orange chocolate.
