The controlled slow 20-day drying preserves a delicate tea-like clarity, while subtle brown spice undertones nod to the variety’s namesake. Elegant and perfumed, it’s a refined expression of this new and exciting variety.

Expect a soft cup with notes of jasmine, lavendar, and elderflower.
