ILSE - Burundi Bumba Hill
This exceptional anaerobic honey processed bourbon from the remote Bumba hills in Burundi has been sourced through the Long Miles Coffee Project and is a great example of a successful anaerobic honey fermentation.
This is a very well-processed coffee that tastes to us just as clean as a washed coffee. you find a sweet and delicate cup with a lively acidity. Flavours of citrus and apricot are up front, along with notes of earl grey, grape and vanilla.
