Ethiopia "Candy Bloom" Natural Landrace - Cafen
International Feature Roaster: Cafen
Buku Abel Candy Bloom is a naturally processed coffee from Abel Bekele's farm in the lush Guji region of Ethiopia, grown at 2,100m with heirloom varieties. Abel, a pioneering producer, hand-sorts cherries for ripeness and dries them on raised beds under shade for 15–20 days, enhancing its floral sweetness and complexity while supporting community initiatives like education and soil health.
Expect a vibrant and layered profile with apricot, cherry, lemon, bergamot, and orange, lifted by the nostalgic sweetness of hard-boiled sweets and rounded out with the indulgent depth of chocolate caramels.
