Ethiopia "Heleanna's" Black Honey - Right Side
Heleanna's Black Honey is a black honey-processed heirloom coffee from Heleanna Georgalis's farm in the remote Kawo Kamina zone of Sheka, Ethiopia, at 2,000m. This innovative lot uses a controlled honey method where cherries are depulped to leave a thick mucilage layer, then dried on raised beds for 20–25 days under shade, amplifying its vivid fruitiness and floral depth while supporting Heleanna's sustainable practices in one of Ethiopia's most biodiverse coffee regions.
Expect lively notes of green apple, ripe mango, and juicy peach, laced with hops and black tea aromatics. The cup is fresh and vibrant with soft acidity, a syrupy body, and a unique tea-like finish
