Maputo is one of the best exponents of specialty coffee in Ecuador and their honey processed coffees are just outstanding. This Typica Mejorado is an excellent example of the variety showcasing the beautifully herbal florals that are so loved about these kinds of coffees.
The honey process gives this coffee an incredibly high sweetness reminiscent of ripe peaches.
Expect notes of fresh white grape, peach, and subtle herbal florals.
