This coffee undergoes a natural process: whole cherries are carefully selected at their peak ripeness, then meticulously dried with strict climate control to preserve their complex flavor structure. The result is a cup that defines the expressive purity of Gesha—floral, vibrant, and deeply layered.
Expect an aromatic bouquet of jasmine and orange blossom followed by luminous notes of tropical fruit, stone fruit, and elderflower honey.
