Wilder Perez’s 72h Anaerobic Natural Gesha from Campo Redondo, Peru, is a vibrant and complex coffee with intense floral aromas and bright fruit notes. 

This rare Gesha is fermented anaerobically for 72 hours, enhancing its juicy, expressive character while preserving clarity. Grown at 1,700 meters, Wilder’s careful low-water fermentation and slow drying reveal the unique terroir of Amazonas, delivering a refined, energetic cup that stands out for its depth and elegance.

Expect notes of pomegranate, red cherry, tangerine, and lavender, balanced by a long, sweet finish.
